Jeana is a New Englander at heart, even though she complains about the long, cold winters. She grew up in a suburb of Boston and stayed in the area to attend Tufts University in Boston. After graduating, Jeana began her career at a rapidly growing high-tech PR agency in Cambridge.
In the late 1990s, the lure of Silicon Valley beckoned and Jeana moved to San Francisco to continue working in tech PR. She also lived in Europe for a couple years, and made a few more pit stops in the U.S. before settling down in Boston.
She lives with her husband, their two young children and dog.
